Checkout
When you’re done shopping, click “Checkout” to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you don’t want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping bag. During checkout, you will be asked to provide:
- Your e-mail address and password, for security purposes, plus a nickname.
- The address you want to ship to.
- Your payment method (Paypal).
- Any promotional coupon that you may have received.
Placing an Order
You will have a chance to verify the information in checkout and if no changes are necessary proceed to “Check Out”. You will also receive an e-mail with a summery of your purchase, confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours, plus a transaction ID number.
Express Checkout Process
After the first time you register with us, you won’t be required to enter your personal details every time you check out. At no time, do we keep a record or have access to your credit card details.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
Order Confirmation and Acceptance
All orders will be accepted and processed unless you receive an email by us informing you the reasons why your order has not been accepted. Apart from that, all orders that go through the Litelock.com.au website will automatically generate a unique Transaction ID number, which will be emailed to you along with an order summary.
Delivery Times
We usually dispatch most orders within 24 hours. We’ll keep you informed in case of a potential delay.
In Australia, delivery usually takes 3- 7 days
International Delivery usually takes 15- 30 days
Please note that Dispatch time is not the same as Delivery time. Dispatch time is the time we need to collect the items from our warehouse(s), check them, package them and post them to you. Delivery time is the time it takes the postal service to deliver your order after we have posted it. Of course these times change from country to country since each postal service operates differently.
Delivery Rates And Procedure
The shipment charges depend upon the weight of the products you have ordered and the delivery option you will select. Our policy is to weight the products of your order and divide them into two or more packages in order to lessen the shipment charges.
We strongly advise customers to request Insured, Registered/Secure Delivery for items or orders of high value.
Undeliverable Packages
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
When a delivery attempt fails, usually the carrier leaves a note for the items to be collected by you from your local depot.
Problem with a Received Delivery
Items you order from Litelock.com.au may sometimes be sent in more than one delivery, even if you’ve requested that you receive them all together. For example, you may receive multiple deliveries if your order contains an oversized item that needs to be dispatched separately. Regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, you’ll only be charged the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you placed your order.
Cancelling an Order
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering, we will credit your account with the cost of the unwanted product accordingly within thirty days of the date of cancellation.
Please note that a Cancellation charge up to 10% of the value of the order might apply due to additional administration costs.
Returning of Order
If you want to return the order and request a refund , you will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
